New copper cooler with vertical channels in the PCF(c) method of construction, additionally the channels were milled in 90°angle, for an efficient heat transfer. The copper surface has been glass beaded, in order to increase the cooling surface. The cooler possesses a patented nozzle device with return channels for accelerated warm water transfer. The flow resistance has been reduced up to 30%, perfect for systems with G1/4" connections and 10mm hoses, as the cooler incorporates hose cross-sections.
In order to use the advantage of a complete metal cooler to full capacity, high-temperature o-seal rings were introduced, which can survive maximal temperatures of up to 200°Celsius - a further safety factor, in the event of fault.
Further mechanical advantages result from central surface pressure of the middle bolt and the trouble-free installation, with no need of removing the mainboard.
